Read what our delighted customers say about us.

Joining the visual dyslexia programme was the best decision I ever made for my son. My nine year old son had the reading age of seven years, and is also autistic spectrum. He did not have the confidence to read or write, this made life very difficult because he was becoming more and more delayed educationally. Within a week of wearing his new tinted glasses he became more confident to read. His SENCO told me after 3 months of wearing his new glasses his reading had improved to nine years. I was delighted to hear this news because I knew that my son was clever but I could not understand what was holding him back. At school his work has generally improved in all areas, he had an end of year certificate for being one of the most improved pupils of his year in July 2013.

I had nothing to lose other than a small charge each month to continue on the programme, but my son has gained so much during the last year it was worth it, just to see him sitting and reading his books and listening to him laugh at the David Walliams books

At my annual eye test at Taylor Biddle on June 11th this year, the optician was concerned about the dryness of my eyes and the problem this as causing me to wear my contact lenses. She suggested that I make an appointment at the firms ‘Anterior Eye Clinic’ which I did.
I attended the clinic on June 30th. I completed a self-assessment questionnaire regarding my symptoms before a thorough examination by the optometrist Rosie Birhah. She described and explained the condition of my eyes and suggested a course of treatment to improve them, to which I agreed.
I was then taken through the treatment regime and shown how to apply the various items. I then made a follow up appointment.
Of course, I started the treatments immediately and was delighted to wake the next morning without what had been a constant grittiness and discomfort in both eyes.
At the follow up appointment on July 17th I was able to report a significant overall improvement, an assessment confirmed by Mrs Birhah.

I then followed a modified regime of reduced treatment frequency and attended another review on Dec 4th which showed a further improvement.
Mrs Birhah and the hygienist who showed me how to administer the treatments were a pleasure to have dealings with and I am delighted with the results so far.
