He specialises in Anterior Eye problems such as dry eye , Blephex treatment for blepharitis and has a special interest in Dyslexia and Visual Stress as it affects him as well. Taras loves working with our team as we always put excellent clinical care as our top priority and finds it very rewarding to resolve any issues our patients may have. < Back Sophie Rogers Level 2 Diploma in Optical Support Sophie has been with the Taylor Biddle team since 2016 and is passionate about providing highest standards of customer service. Due to her passion for the career, in 2020 she completed the Level 2 Diploma in Optical Support. < Back Kimberley Lacey Level 2 Diploma in Optical Support Kim joined Taylor Biddle in 2023 but has been working in optics for over 20 years. She has a Diploma in Leadership and Health care and Level 2 Diploma in Optical Support. Being in optics gives her the chance to make a difference to the patients she sees and is what has kept her in love with the profession. < Back Olha Lac BSc (Hons) MCOptom Dip ScV M.ASvP Olha graduated from Aston University in 2004 with a First Class Honours Degree in Optometry and over the next 10 years worked for Taylor Biddle before joining Tracey as a Director in 2014. Her vision for the business is firmly focused on embracing the latest cutting edge technology and providing the very best quality of eyecare and eyewear to the local community. Olha’s youngest son has learning difficulties so since qualifying her specialist interest is in binocular vision anomalies, Visual Stress and the way it can affect visual processing whilst reading. Over the past 10 years she has developed a combined method of using a battery of Schoolvision tests, Colorimetry and more traditional methods to detect and treat deficiencies that affect visual processing and improve reading and learning for schoolchildren and adults. An Award winning practitioner, she has helped hundreds of children and adults to find solution to their problems and finds it immensely rewarding to see the amazing difference the treatment can make on children’s education and especially their confidence. < Back Tom Green Level 2 Diploma in Optical Support Tom has been at Taylor Biddle since 2018 and has currently going into his final year of his Dispensing Optician Degree. He enjoys working in our busy environment and is passionate about customer care. Tom likes music, such as The Stone Roses and Oasis as well as wartime history.
